Monami — Restaurant in Vienna

This cafe/ bar has a lot to offer. We went there specifically and were not disappointed. You step in and there is this vibe that you kinda stepped inside your grandmas house, because of the furniture. So it had this comfort kinda screaming “sit down have a good time”, meanwhile it also has a young modern vibe, with a Photo Booth, a Fußball table and also different events each night like comedy, free Popcorn night, or live music. We had some cocktails, the mariacuja spritzer was divine. Also tried out their waffles, which took me back to my childhood, it was the perfect light crisp and sweetness. This place made me feel like times has stopped. You can’t pay by card below 30€, but if you spend and afternoon there or an evening you will anyway spend around...

Edit: answer to the owner. If I order and pay for the drinks then I expect the stuff to start preparing the drinks and not that I have to go and remind them after 20minutes of waiting. (It was not crowded) That day you were apparently understaffed, can happened. But this approach is not aligned with the description you provide in you answer.

After we arrived took us a while to find out that you have to order on the bar. Only two waitresses for the whole place. We ordered, were told to pay immediately. We were waiting for our drink more than 20mintes, espresso and tea. One of the waitresses told us that we left (after we paid) so she didn’t start preparing it. We were sitting right next to the bar. I think this is my friends and mine’s go to bar whenever we don’t know where to go. The vibes are cool, the music is not always the same, you can chill on the sofa, smoke outside or dance on the dance floor - whatever you prefer or whatever you’re feeling. The people that hang out there are also cool, though it gets crowded on the weekends. It’s also a place where you can go before you go to a club since this place is not open that long -but if you don’t want to party all night, then enough!
