Great mexican restaurant. We ordered nachos as a entré, softshell tacos and the macho burrito as a main. The entré, despite only ordering one portion, was plenty to enjoy together (we were 2 people total). My burrito was also delicious and well packed. The service was also fast and friendly.
Overall we paid about 40 EUR for two drinks, one starter and two main dishes. Whilst certainly not overly cheap and I personally was still a bit hungry at the end, I think the quality of the mexican dishes we received was worth the price.
The only thing i can really fault the restaurant on is that the mens bathroom was a bit in disarray, with the biggest issue being the toilet seat being very loose when i used it. However, it wasn't a big problem and I am mostly nitpicking here. It would be nice if they could screw the seat on a bit better and maybe move one of the 2 soap dispensers next to the sink into the bathroom stall and fill it with some sort of disinfectant or toilet seat cleaner so one may wipe it down in case its dirty.
Overall, probably the best mexican place I have found in vienna so far - caveat being that I havent been to that many (yet). I have had similar food in a mexican place in spain and it was honestly the same quality. Fresh ingredients, well made wraps, great dips. Whats...
Read moreI was craving for a Burrito tonight. So I ordered through a delivery app. I checked the reviews first and thought this was a good option. Food arrived after 1hour. First I thought they mixed up the order with someone else as the burrito does not look like one : the burrito was flatten up like it was put in a sandwich maker and almost burn . The cheese inside was cold, the meat was waaaay too salty, the rice almost in existent and I didn’t find any of the other ingredients that were advertised when I ordered. Some sad old salad was drowned in some oil and vinegar as side. And the worse was that the entire “burrito” was dripping in oil. Some sour cream was put aside, and they forgot the Salsa Verde I ordered extra. The churros are just a joke , 3 little pieces , cold and hard. I am not used to leave reviews but that is just not correct. Couldn’t eat half of it . Money wasted. It is not even worth calling it Tex Mex let alone Mexican food. Never again.
UPDATE: the restaurant reacted after my review and proposed to remake me the food . I politely declined but I am adding 1 star for trying and...
