Natraj - Delivery and Take Away — Restaurant in Vienna

This happen on February 8th .Worst customer service, I ordered food from them so I called them to know where is my delivery because in the app it showing delivered by restaurant so I can’t track .first one lady lifted my call they said it is on the way and then exactly after cutting the call it shows my order is delivered this happen at 21:31 and then again I called and I asked what happening my order is not delivered but it shows as delivered .she said it’s ok not to worry order is on the way. And after 20 mins I called again just because it showing delivered how can I trust they not even tell me how long it will take every time when I called them one thing you order is on the way. At last one man lifted my call and he is telling this is not India you have to wait How shameful service? You guys running Indian restaurant and becoming a racist how discriminating.

I'm shooketh because I genuinely never had such a bad experience with food delivery – not only the waiting time was unexplainably long, but the food just plain sent me into orbit from how bad it was.

How are you gonna put a 15€ price tag on butter chicken and deliver it with no rice??? How is there literally 6-7 pieces of chicken in the whole dish? How are you gonna put 5 cucumber slices on top of stale lettuce and call it a salad?

At this point just go outside and beg for money because this clearly is some bull❤️ embarassing for the owners, hope you find a good enough reason to close this establishment and do something else with your life, because clearly leading a business isn't...

Terrible Service. And even worse are the people managing the restaurant. Here is why: I ordered a vegetarian menu (being a pure vegetarian) and they delivered me beef. After my compaint they delivered Veg order. But I already had given 1 star for this service on Lieferservice.at.

They noted this down and made me wait 1.5 hours for another order that I placed after few weeks and they cancelled this new order. When I called them asking for reason, the guy said, "Haan, do you remember you gave us 1 star rating for your last order some weeks back? This is the revenge for that."

So basically, this restaurant su*ks. and the average rating anyway says the same. I don't need to...
