We were made to feel very welcome by the kind pizzaiolo behind the authentic pizza oven who was pleased to have us in his restaurant. 3 children 4 adults nice spacious seating. Excellent menu not over complicated we only tried the pizza. It was fuss free no problem to make small requests. The pizzas came out quick, looked and tasted beautiful. Quality ingredients no compromise on quality. For pizza outside of Italy these guys know what they’re doing and are proud of the result. Great attention to flavour. Crisp crust perfect char, great sauce quality cheese. We had a lovely ice cream for dessert as they also have an extensive gelato selection which was also very tasty. Ladies and gentlemen without exaggeration I can tell you that after 30 years of living in Vienna I kid you not this is the best pizza hands down in the country. And seriously better than some of the pizzas I've had in Italy as well. Pizzas are fresh from the wood oven with top quality ingredients. The dough has been fermented and has a simply fantastic perfectly salty taste with an airy texture. This is my second time and it was well worth the trip because I do not live anywhere near this place. The white pizza with the four cheeses and I added extra anchovies which was totally worth it to contrast the rich oily cheese and my son had a beautiful straightforward salami Pizza. They charge you almost two euro for the delivery and then they come half an hour too late 1h 25m waiting time) and with a cold pizza.
On a second occasion 45 minutes were promised, we called 1 hour and a half later and they say that the pizzas are not even ready.
Dough is excellent, ingredients are average, needs 10 minutes reheating on arrival (if it ever comes).
Probably better on site than delivery, if you feel like risking it. We won't give them a third chance....
