Pizzeria Lana — Restaurant in Vienna

I had the pleasure of dining at Pizzeria Lana in Vienna today, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish! Everything about this place stood out in the best way possible.

The moment you walk in, you're greeted with a warm, inviting atmosphere that feels both cozy and vibrant. The staff is attentive and friendly, making you feel welcome right away. But what truly took the experience to the next level was the food — it was simply outstanding!

I ordered the Diavolo pizza, and it was perfection on a plate. The crust was perfectly thin and crispy, with just the right amount of chew. The toppings were fresh and flavorful, with a perfect balance of spice from the salami and a kick from the chili. Every bite was a delight.

A special mention goes to Chef Aryan, whose skill and passion for pizza-making clearly shine through in every dish. You can tell that a lot of care and attention to detail goes into each pizza, making the flavors pop with authenticity and creativity.

Came here and had a good time, but wasn’t very impressed by the Pizza. The google ratings are stellar so I was a little surprised. Maybe it was just an off day for the kitchen or they cater more to the Austrian palate (the cheese and the crust was mostly what I didn’t particularly enjoy) The place itself also has a very rustic Austrian interior so that would fit. Nevertheless, the food wasn’t bad in any way and I’m still giving 4 stars because the service was very good and the staff was funny and very friendly. Prices are also on the lower side. So check this place out, if you’re not a fanatic about authentic Italian style pizzas or something...

A lovely little pizzeria, very friendly and welcoming lady and I presume her husband who prepared the food. We had the French onion soup which was divine. I had the rustic pizza, ham ,mushrooms, artichokes olives and egg, my partner had the margarita. These pizzas were very generous in size and really tasty. (They do pasta dishes as well) We had 2 glasses of Merlot each and the whole bill came to €51. Absolute bargain.
