Pizzeria Ramazotti — Restaurant in Vienna

For sure the worst place ever that i been. We ordered 2 pizza,2 coca cola and pommes,we were waiting too long in the whole empty place and suddenly the waiter who is also a owner brings to us already coca cola in the small glass without bottle. The pizza was "okay" but when we decided to go to them to pay they were eating as a family and didn't care at all that guest is standing and waiting for the bill.. After all we calculated how much is it and leave the money and not deserved tip For sure...

Pizza total fettig. Kundenservice schrecklich. Die Tomatensauce liegt neben der Pizza im Karton. Anstatt, dass einen entgegnet wird bzw. bevor man überhaupt sein Problem aussprechen kann, wird man schnippisch angegangen und einem weist gemacht, das Problem liege bei einem selbst, weil diese super tolle Pizzeria natürlich nur das machen kann was sie will und ihnen egal ist, ob sie Kunden und Kundinnen bei ihrem Verhalten oder ihrem Ego verlieren. Kein Wunder, dass die Pizza so billig ist. Irgendwie müssen sie ja Kundschaft anziehen, wenn sie nicht mit Geschmack und Service...
