Horrible service. Arrogant and slower than a snail. Lets start : Me and my girlfriend had dinner on the terrace saturday night and i can say the first 2 minutes were amazing, until our waiter arrived to the table. Barely greeting, looking somewhere else as im talking to him, had a question about the food and he rolled his eyes harder than stephen hawking's wheels roll down donau kanal. Could ve gotten over that, moving on, my beer was empty for about 10 minutes on the table, he looked at the glass and decides to turn around and do whatever else but work. Went inside to the toilet and omw heard another waiter calling him "Andy" ( i hope i dont give a wrong name and get someone else into trouble, but it was pretty clear to me ). Finally food arrives, he didnt trouble double check if everything is alright, a simple "all good here ?" would ve sufficed. Finally, we finish the dishes and i set the plates one on top of the other on the side ( to make it easier for him as i am a waiter myself ), again he looks at the plates and at me and turns around. I was so angry as i wanted to smoke and didnt have space to put my right hand on the table after i did everything to make his life easier, i've never experienced such a lazy, arrogant, full of himself service in my life. The guy walks like he owns the place when he doesnt even own his brain or hands. Pity as the food was really good, but for me it is surely the first and the last time at this santos, and will advice all my friends to avoid this place in order to avoid this arrogant fella. And on top of everything, he had the audicity to ask for a tip at the end, HAHAHAHAHA, what a joke...
