PLEASE BE AWARE!!!!

As you can see from my other reviews I always try to point out the good things, in this case it was THE VERY WORST EXPERIENCE of my life!!!
We went there on the 2nd of January.
5 minutes after being seated we were informed that in 30 minutes we have to leave to make space for the next reservation.
-for over 15 minutes we tried to establish contact with the waitress, who seemingly intentionally ignored us
-When we ordered food for 4 people and 3 drinks and asked for a tab water for the 4th person we were told everyone has to order a drink as well. No free tab water otherwise-
After than asking for a warm regular water we got a cold bottle with the comment that since it's already opened we have to pay for it anyways....
We waited for OVER 65 minutes occasionally asking where the food is
After almost 90 minutes in the restaurant and no food we decided to leave and pay for the drinks
-The waitress started screaming at us in the middle of the restaurant to the surprise of all other visitors, threatening to call the police, physically pushing us and verbally abusing us!!
We were forced to pay for 4 main courses which we even never got to try as we declined to wait any longer.
the waitress physically
We left this place in a shock! I can't comment on the food quality but this was the WORST RESTAURANT EXPERIENCE I've ever had, which is quite a strong statement considering that I live in London and eat out on leverage 4-5 times a week...
Can only encourage people TO SKIP this one as the risk of such a spoiled evening beats whatever you might hope to...
Read moreHad the worst experience ever! Once we first sat down, we not only had to wait for a solid 15 minutes for the waiters to have any form of eye contact with us but had to deal with incredible attitude too. The blond haired waiter was extremely rude. He was trying to make up for basically ignoring us by making stupid jokes and then decided to make a coffee we ordered and let it sit for the next 15 minutes. I ended up going to him to tell him we are in a rush and would like to cancel the order and pay for the rest. Before I could even ask for the receipt in a very cocky way he told me the way to the bathroom. He then showed me the finished coffee basically telling me to calm down and when I told him that it was still a no since we were in a rush, he told me to pay up front because of our “rush”. I told him to bring the receipt to our table like any other normal waiter would. He brought it without saying a word and didn’t look in our eyes or say a kind thank you or bye which is a normal etiquette he should be following. Just be ready for unnecessary rudeness and sass by...
Read moreWe visited this weekend with a group of friends, all native Spanish speakers, but we communicated in English with the waitstaff. The waiter who served us was incredibly rude (I regret not asking his name, as he made our dinner very uncomfortable). Whenever we ordered in English, he claimed he didn’t understand and mocked us. At one point, while we were still deciding what to order, he sat down next to us and said, "No, I have all the time in the world." He then grabbed our menus and slammed them down on the table.
When we asked for the bill, we specified that we wanted to split it, and without asking, he added the total to the bill. Overall, his behavior was extremely rude and discriminatory, which made us feel very uncomfortable.
Even though the menu is available in several languages, I wouldn’t recommend this place if you’re sensitive to this kind of treatment. It’s unfortunate because the restaurant has potential, but the service really...
