I came here because it was close to the AirBnB I was staying at just down the road. This was an incredible stroke of luck. The food here is fantastic: good Austrian staples, done exceptionally well. I had the liverwurst with potatoes and sauerkraut: I never knew these things could be be done so well (particularly the sauerkraut!). Good prices too, and the staff were all exceptionally welcoming and friendly. I had the impression it's frequented by locals, but the menu is also in English for visitors. We were a group of 10 that came to this restaurant. To say we had a great time would be an understatement. The waitress was amazing and kind. She suggested which beers and which meals to order. The food was fresh and the schnitzel was really out of this world. The environment and feel was very local and cozy as well as clean and well run.
