Kunsthaus Apartments — Local services in Vienna

I stayed twice there in 2 different rooms! Travelling in Feb 2025! Apt 18 and Apt 27! The location is just wonderful!! Tram 0 in 4 minutes walking for Main Railway Station or Wien Mitte!! Tram 1 in 4 minutes walking for city round trip! 20 minutes walking till St Stephans Church! Prater next to you! Spar super Market! Kolonitz Beisl for super Schnitzel! Wonderful! Yes, there are some lacks in the Apt like old worn towels, water not really draining.. But you know up and down what to expect! Apt 27 was just wonderful! Hotel itself is good, clean, warm and nice view. Also location is good as it is near to the city centre. Only one negative thing from my side it is internet!!! It is totally disaster, I've been working here during one week and it is almost unreal as internet quality was pure as hell (tbh. time to time in mountain hotels internet is better), I've told about this to hotel staff, they were very nice and polite and told that it will be fixed but it wasn't :) So in general if you don't really care about internet quality during your stay this is definitely good place to...

We stayed for three nights, three people. We were in room 22, and there were no issues in terms of cleanliness. The kitchen and bathroom areas were in good condition, and we had no problems with heating. The tram stops at Radetzkyplatz are about a five-minute walk away.
