Incorrect prices on the menu We came for a lunch and ordered three types of pasta and one pizza. The food was good and the service was fast, but the waitress was not very polite. When we wanted to pay, all the prices for the meals were 1 Euro higher than it stated in the menu. When we asked why are we charged more than it says in the menu, she told us that they didn't change the price in the menu on english, just on the ones in german, which is, at least, odd. She didn't mention that when she handed us the menues or give us any warning about price difference. We said that she could have given us the ones on german, since we also read german, at what she answered that she doesn't know what languages we speak. All in all, food was good, we weren't upset because of the price (in the end it still isn't too expensive), but because of very rude behaviour and charging us higher without any warning or...
Read more❌AVOID AT ALL COST 👎🏻 Worst ever dining experience in Vienna. Waitress is extremely rude and verbally attacked us (in language we don’t know but the body language speaks), reason is probably because we ordered one pizza only for 2 of us. There was no other customer at that time, and I don’t see any house rule that no sharing allowed/min order required. We read reviews after that and realise there were discrimination and overcharging issue. And yes, we have been charged $2 extra for “SERVICE” of cutting one pizza and platting nicely into two plates, which we never ask for and totally unnecessary. I need to pay for a pizza cut at a pizza restaurant???? It’s still funny when she told us so with full confidence. What a new way of robbing tips, hope u happy with that $2 alms,...
Read moreIt's in a fairly nice spot on Löwengasse, boasting the claim of being an "authentic Neapolitan pizzeria" and we saw the wood fired oven and got fooled by it. If they're not going to improve their quality, they should at least remove that claim from their windows. The pizzas were terrible; cold, chewy, bad dough, very poor quality toppings. Almost equal to those you'd see at a kebab stand. It's a far cry from Neapolitan pizza. They can claim to be an authentic kebab-stand Pizzeria instead. When we saw our order, we realized that we've been fooled by our hungry stomachs. We were a party of three and all got sick after eating the pizzas. The service was okay for...
