Very high prices, bad service and bad quality. What you want more🥴. Since I got one answer to my review I’m editing it with more information regarding my experience . When I ordered my Oma Gipferl and one Cappuccino I was waiting to pay but I was asked to move to a place closed to another payment terminal. When I asked why I cannot pay on one of the two terminals close to me the answer was “ you have to pay on this terminal “. I returned to the free place on the counter where I got my Oma Gipferl and waited and waited for my Capuccino . After some time I asked why I’m not getting my Capuccino and , the answer was that it was (cold) waiting for me at another location away from where I was. So, no service at all , or bad service to be precise. The Oma Gipferl has almost no jam inside and barely taste. The Cappuccino was cold and in one paper cup despite me saying I was drinking at the counter ( I was told there are only paper cups). To finalize, the Oma Gipferl kostet 2€ and the paper Cup Capuccino (not even hot) 3,60€ yes so much. So definitely a bad...

I have just bought a cake by this store and they made a mistake on my receipt. I bought one but they charged me two. I had to ask for the receipt to check the price again because they didn’t give it to customers as in other stores. I stayed by the store and check the receipt, we turned to them: a woman with Muslim headscarf and a big woman. They ignored me totally until a boy came and asked what I needed. He showed him my receipt. The woman with the headscarf pretended not to know what wrong is. The big woman checked the receipt and gave me my money back with a rude attitude. The employee is so rude... I wanted to buy sth today so I asked a girl who was working there to give a slide of pizza with bacon and she cut a slide of pizza with salami so when I told her that I need a slide if pizza with bacon not with salami she replied in rude was and very high tone (I am doing that), and used with me the informal(du instead of Sie) way to ask me to come to the cash point.... Bad experience I totally recommend no one to go there they are...
