I am an ice cream lover and on the quest of finding the best ice cream places where ever I go. Veganista was recommended by a friend and I didn’t get disappointed at all. There are amazing varieties to try but was so happy about the ones I choose. Just absolutely perfect . Been here before but about 6 to 7 years now and this time I got the chance to take some pictures. Would say it’s one of the best ice cream in Austria. Poppy Seed and Black Forest was a perfect combination. The portions are worth the price of a scoop. One scoop could look like two scoops of ice cream somewhere in Europe. love it and would highly recommend .

One of the Veganista’s branches in Taborstrasse. Euro 2.50 for a scope. If you would want to have a scope with two flavors, you would need to pay Euro3 for such scope. If there has any * star marking flavour, another Euro 0.60 would be added up. As such, you would pay up around Euro 3.60/ scope for the ice-cream. The size of the scope is depending on the working staff. Some branches’ staff are nice and friendly and offer really big scope which worth the money. Recommended for their Lavender , Basilikum 🌿 , Matcha and Peanut Butter flavors.

One of the best flavoured ice cream I've tasted! As soon as I saw basilica ice cream I knew it would be the other flavor and then I had to chose the second flavor. I ended up with the black forest, which was possibly a mixture of vanilla ice cream with chocolate chunks, berry ice cream (or sauce) and possibly nuts. Basil ice cream and black forest taste great together, delicious! I will go again.

It's easy to see why these are among the best ice cream parlours in Europe. The ice cream is made fresh everyday, so there are always new flavours to try. On top of that, there's the sheer innovation of the flavours: a must-try combination (if available) is the Basil and Blueberry-Lavender ice creams (you can order two normal a scoops or two half scoops and save some space for more). And here's the clincher: the ice cream is absolutely amazing and completely vegan! Don't let this fool you: the ice cream is creamy and rich, leaving no residue on the palate.

This is definitely something you must try if...
