Pinzga Bräu am See — Restaurant in Zell am See

First time in my life we decided to leave, while being very hungry. The reason was total lack of service.

When arriving, we got nice welcome, and also our drinks were delivered quickly. The menu was only available in german, which is odd but not a problem for us.

Then the service just stopped. We waited about ten minutes, then started waving to get the attention from the two waiters, who were consentraiting in cleaning the tables, moving around flowers etc. There were only few other customers so not busy at all.

I finally walked to the other waiter asking if we could finally order some food. He said if he would serve us, he would need to open another bill, but he will inform the other waiter...

This did not help, and eventually we informed them that we are leaving. The we quite quickly got the bill for the drinks.

When asking what went wrong, our waiter just said "you should have waved".

We said we did that for ten minutes. The he just left

The other restaurants sermed to be very busy, but we easily found a place with good food and nice service.

We are not going here again, which is a shame since the location...

Nihad is amazing so respectful and polite. Meanwhile the thin tan bald guy is extremely horrible person. He got mad at us for walking in with ice cream even though we are gonna eat lunch there, he told us to leave and was shouting. Disgusting man then we see him with “white people” who also had ice cream and he’s nice and smiley to them. Nihad knew that his co worker is a rude guy so he came and spoke to us nicely and sat us down. We wanted to sit down for a coffee also, he said we couldn’t sit next to the lake but of course white people come for a coffee and he makes them sit where we wanted to sit. We sat here by the lake enjoying the beautiful view while the place was closed, hoping it would open. A lovely man came out and when we asked if they were open he explained they were currently closed but we could try some of their beer if we liked. He brought us a small (but not that small considering it was free!) glass of delicious lager each, and told us to enjoy. We were still there a bit later so had a nice chat. He explained they'd be open again soon with a beer garden and live music events.

A beautiful location right by the lake and a very tasty lager...
