The staff that i met today is really rude and racist firstly one of the waitresses with black hair and tatto on her left arm took the ice cream from in front my little brother even though he didn’t finish his ice cream secondly she came back with the receipt even though that we didn’t ask for it as if she’s asking us to leave but in a backhanded way and when i payed her she didn’t bring the change to me and she moved on serving other customers without bringing the change so i had to go to the cashier myself to get my change back obviously she was trying to steal the change thirdly when i talked to the supervisor she was an old woman with brown hair i told her what happened with me and told her that the other waitress is rude and racist and she answered me while walking away and giving me her back “oh i’m sorry for that” and she did nothing so I really don’t recommend this place because they’re obviously racist towards arabs and unprofessional in general and I would really like to advise the owner of this place to take the reviews in more serious way instead of defending the insults that his staff is throwing at the costumers , will never...

Daumen runter! 👎🏿 😟😖😭😫🤮 Unverschämtheit auf einem neuen Level – Kindern das Eis verweigert, weil man keine Lust hatte!!

Ich hätte nicht gedacht, dass ich jemals eine Rezension schreiben würde, in der ich ernsthaft sagen muss: „Diese Eisdiele hat meinen Kindern das Eis verweigert.“ Und warum? Weil das Personal – vermutlich der Chef selbst – keine Lust hatte, raus zum Eisstand zu gehen. Kein Witz. Kein Missverständnis. Einfach nur Bequemlichkeit und komplette Ignoranz.

Wir standen bei bestem und sonnigstem Wetter draußen vor dem Café am Eisstand, unsere Kinder hatten sich den ganzen Tag auf ein Eis gefreut. Doch statt Freude gab es Tränen. Unser jüngstes Kind hat vor Enttäuschung geweint. Und das alles, weil ein Mann im Service es nicht für nötig hielt, uns zu bedienen. Wir gingen ins Café und fragten freundlich nach. Seine Erklärung? „Die Terrasse ist voll, wir haben genug zu tun, ihr könnt draußen mindestens eine Viertelstunde warten, aber für Eis lohnt das nicht jetzt rauszukommen.“ So trocken, so herablassend – so absolut unverschämt. Warum steht denn dann überhaupt ein Eisstand draußen?

Und als wäre das nicht genug, wurde eine andere Frau, die freundlich nach ihrer (wohl vergessenen) Torte fragte, vom selben Mann barsch abgewatscht: „Sie sehen doch wohl, dass keine mehr da ist. Die wird wohl jemand anderes gekauft haben!“ Kein Anstand, kein Service, keine Verantwortung – nur herablassendes Verhalten und eine Atmosphäre, bei der man sich fremdschämt.

Diese Eisdiele ist nicht nur eine Enttäuschung – sie ist eine Warnung. Wer so mit Gästen umgeht – besonders mit Kindern! – sollte sich ernsthaft fragen, warum er überhaupt in der Gastronomie arbeitet.

😖 A disgraceful excuse for an ice cream shop – denied our children ice cream because the staff “couldn’t be bothered”

I never thought I’d have to write a review like this, but here it is: This ice cream place REFUSED to serve us and our children. Why? Because the staff – presumably the owner – couldn’t be bothered to walk outside to the ice stand.

We Head been waiting outside for quite a while, our kids werd excited and full of joy, only to be told in the most dismissive tone: “The terrace is full, we have enough to do, you can wait outside for at least fifteen minutes, but it’s not worth coming out just for ice cream.“ No apology. No offer. Just laziness and total disregard.

Our youngest ended up in tears, devastated because someone in the service industry decided that serving customers was optional that day. And that’s not all. Another woman politely asked about her (forgotten) slice of cake – only to be snapped at with: “You can see it’s not there anymore. Someone else probably bought it!” No professionalism, no courtesy – just arrogance and a complete lack of basic decency.

This place isn’t just bad – it’s a warning sign. Especially if you have children, or expect even a shred of hospitality. Stay away.

It was a really bad I rarely dont write reviews, but my experience at this restaurant was unacceptable and deeply disappointing. I ordered a V60, which they never brought out. Despite following up, the staff completely ignored the order. When it came time to pay the bill, they tried to charge me for the V60 that was never served — and then insisted I should just take an Americano instead, which I never ordered or wanted.

What’s worse is how I was treated throughout the visit. The attitude of the staff felt blatantly discriminatory and dismissive, as if my presence wasn’t welcome. It was uncomfortable, unprofessional, and frankly, it felt racist. No one should be made to feel this way in any establishment, let alone one that serves the public.

This place doesn’t just fail at basic service — it fails at basic decency. I will never return and strongly caution others, especially people of color or those expecting respectful service, to think twice...
