We went there with 5 people for diner. The place was fully booked, but the waiter said we could have a table till 20:00. When ordering the dishes, we asked one dish without salt as one of us is allergic to salt. The waiter (called Nenat from Serbia), said he can’t ask the chef for a dish without salt. He said: « You can’t tell our chef what what you eat, you need to eat what he gives to you. Our chef is a Michelin star cook, who used to work with Gordon Ramsay » We were all in shock of the waiter’s unpleasant attitude and comments. He was rude, thinking he is a star and later when repeating the order he said extra salt for the dish we asked without salt. Basically laughing in our faces. Later on we asked the bill to empty the table at 20:00 as agreed. Nenat brought us the bill 10 minutes later and said « here is the bill, pay now and leave right now ». As a true meat lover, I tend to be quite particular when it comes to the quality and preparation of meat. Perhaps it’s precisely because I love it so much that I hold it to high standards. That’s why I was genuinely impressed with the Tagliata at Appetit - the flavor, tenderness, and overall quality of the meat were very very good.
We’ll definitely be coming back.
We also want to highlight the service, which was truly exceptional. During our first visit, we were served by a lovely named Anouk. She was not only professional and attentive, but also warm and charming - we felt very welcomed and well taken care of.
All in all, we had a fantastic experience. We sincerely hope that the quality of the food and the high standard of the service will remain just as excellent - or perhaps even improve (though it’s hard to imagine how it could get any better!).

Read moreI went here with my family during our Ski trip. We saw that it was one of the top rated restaurants in the town and our expectations were high. I was disappointed, the food was very average for a fancy restaurant of that price. Nothing stood out. Everything was kinda underwhelming. They try to be innovative with some of the food, but it's like they don't have the basics perfected so that the innovation can even stand out. The design and interior is also very average, it looks like any other restaurant. All in all, absolutely nothing in here looks or tastes appropriate the price. Kind of a waste of money. Definitely not a top restaurant...
