BigChefs Baku — Restaurant in Baku City

I had bad experience in this restaurant, I order 5 dishes and the waiter brought 2 dishes after waiting for 25 minutes which was fine but the issue was they forgot the rest 3 dishes . We waited for 7-10 minutes maybe they would bring the rest of our meal but when I asked the waiter he told me we forgot and we will prepare the rest in 10 minutes. Unfortunately, we have been waiting for at leat 25 minutes again and when I asked the waiter he became unpleasant as we did the problem not them . I asked to see the manager before having the rest 3 dishes and the goatee waiter was yelling at me in front of the people. We were a family...

Amazing food, reasonable prices but really bad service. Not friendly at all. It was so hard to get their attention to order. I believe it’s their responsibility to check in with the customer to get their orders within a reasonable timeframe after giving them the menu. Really disappointed because I really do love the place and food. The management should work on improving their customer service skills because ultimately no one would want to go to a place even if the food is delicious if the service is bad. p.s I’ve been coming here...

I like to visit this place recently but only now decided to give a review. They have very nice, delicious and healthy menu. Prices not too high for center of Baku.

The sad thing at this restaurant is slow service and staff. We were sitting about 10 mins until waiter give us menu, and it was after I asked for this.

We ordered Steaks for kids as they wanted to try it. My son was happy, but princess said that its not tasty at all and we ordered for her chickens nuggets with fries :((( My fresh bowl was tasty and...
