Tried to eat at this place. In the middle of taking the order our waiter just left without even finishing it. By the time he came back I didn't wanted to be there anymore so didn't ordered food. We just had a beer and a glass of wine (wine was not the one we ordered). Waiter said it's 14 manat. When I asked to show the bill he ran to other waiter and brought me a small, ripped off piece that said 12.48 azm. I asked for a real check but had no luck. Asked why I was charger more then it says on a bill - never got an answer. What a shame of a place it is for a beautiful location in a beautiful city. Please don't go there. Shame on people...
Read moreRead moreBig Wow... An older gentleman invited us to the restaurant. I usually don't fall for such actions. This time, we were so hungry and didn't feel like looking for another place. The place is really worth recommending. The service was very nice - especially the waiter named PASHA. He told us, advised and hit on "10". All the staff were very helpful - the highest culture and they always want to serve but it's not intrusive. I really recommend it with a clear conscience. The prices are very affordable, the place is clean and has a very nice atmosphere... If you want to eat well in Baku in the Old Town, then definitely go to -- OLD...
From the moment I walked in, I was captivated by the warm lighting, traditional decor, and the relaxing garden ambiance. The food? Absolutely delicious — from the juicy lamb chops to the perfectly wrapped dolma, every dish was packed with authentic flavor. The tea and dried fruits were a lovely touch, and the hookah with a fresh fruit head made the experience even more special.
The service was outstanding — attentive without being intrusive. Whether you’re with friends, family, or flying solo like I was, this is the kind of place that welcomes you with open arms and a cozy cushion....
