bonbon patisserie — Restaurant in Baku City

We arrived at the establishment, and there was no one to greet us. We sat at a table, and the waitress informed us that all the tables were reserved, but the restaurant only had five occupied tables; the rest were empty. We stood up, and she said she would check with someone to see if there was a table available. We sat down again, and when we ordered the waffle (which is the restaurant's main dish), we were told we couldn't order it because it was already 11 a.m., and they no longer served breakfast. We noticed that the other tables were eating the same dish we had requested, but it was denied to us. So, we decided to leave. Terrible experience! We will never return and won't recommend...

Unethical! All dishes smelt bad, it was almost impossible to eat something from those dishes. Plus, they add cinnabon I think, to their tea without asking which is possibly not meet everyone's taste. Interior was okey, but some chairs was not clean which makes everything worse when it add up to the smell which comes from table. All of the worse, when I comment for asking them to fix these things, plus for people as a review to know about the place more (it was all very good comments on their instagram page) they deleted comment and blocked me. Everything's so nice about this place! From the desserts to the taste, including the presentation. The portions were quite big. It's located in the busy Nizami street, they have outdoor seatings but it was raining so we chose to sit inside. The decor is so well put together, and it's was literally full. The vibes were nice, everyone looked happy and enjoying their time, including the staff. High five for the waiters who were super active, fast, welcoming and assisting the customers.
