Well, it's a bit challenging for me to formulate a straight mind about this bistro. I am gonna write my own experience and feelings. When we entered, they received us welcoming. We were there during lunch time, so could benefit from lunch menu. The menu included 1 starter, 1 main course and one drink for 15 AZN, for any desert extra 6 AZN should be paid. The same menu with 2 starters costs 19 AZN. There are two types of starter: soup and salads. We chose salads: tomato cherry salad and beef salad. I should mention both were very delicious, but specially that beef salad🫠🫠🫠🫠. We fell in love with its taste. For the main course, we ordered Cupim and Fish and chips. Cupim was okay, not bad. But fish and chips, especially chips were a disaster. One can feel that it's fried in oil which was being used for 100000th times🥲. Fish was also mediocre, not so good. As a desert I wanted San Sebastian, but they said it is old, so I needed to choose something else. I chose this cake slice, which was made with crepes . It was also another disaster. Completely unsatisfying. I regretted my choice.. Creme brulee was okay, but I believe I can find a tastier one than that. It was my first creme brulee tho. The ambiance was very nice. Good french songs were being played constantly, not so loud. And the interior also was very nice. Toilets were hygienic. All in all, I don't have one solid mind about this restaurant. I don't know if I would suggest it to anyone else. One more thing, the communication between employees could be a bit more professional, I mean a customer shouldn't feel that there is some tension between them. One last note we paid 77 AZN. Although it was meant to be lunch menu, somehow we ended up paying that much money😅. There is a service fee as well. P.S. my husband informed the waiter about the awful taste of the cake slice, and they treated us tea. We were not intending that, but still accepted it as a nice gesture.
And last but not least, Inoticed from the window there was an old, poor lady who asked for tea. And the waiter gave him tea and some money. Which I...

Read moreIt is very rare for me to write a review but i believe writing today's experience might help the management to look at the area of improvement. I came to this bistro this morning and just landed from my flight. I was super excited when i found paris bistro online and seems like it's the type of outdoor cafe i'm looking for. When i arrive i saw the waiter was inside the restaurant so instead of waiting for them i decided to approach them and ask for menu. They only have menu on qr code which is fine but my phone was off as my battery died. So i told the waiter about it and asked if they can give me a printed menu or if they can let me know whats the nice menu to order. There are 2 waiters on the bar and one of them shouted at me. He said loudly "what do you want", but think about it i never went to this cafe before and how am i supposed to know what is your menu here. At the end i asked for croissant and tea which the only item i could think of and the waiter also replied very rude. I came back to my seat and found the same waiter all smiling and greeted other guest. As i felt humiliated and discriminate i decided to cancel my order and went to other cafe which offer better service. I work for hospitality and this quite gave me a shock as i never seen such poor service. Nothing was offered to me or mentioned what is their best selling menu or any choices of breakfast. I'm really glad my day in baku went better after i left from...
