Enve Lounge — Restaurant in New Providence

Please if you want to enjoy what you pay for . DO NOT GO THERE!!!!!!!!!! I REPEAT DO NOT GO THERE. These girls are smoking your hookah more than you . If you order it they take forever to bring it to you!!!!!!! I mean almost a total of 1 hr. I went there for the first time and ordered a hookah it took 30 mins for it to arrive when I look at the corner where I was sitting 3 waiters girls was smoking it . Enjoy my hookah while I was waiting. After they finally bring it to us the charcoal was almost out so i regardless of that I request to add a shot in it . The waitress took it we again waited almost 20 mins . So I decided to go see what’s happening???? And guess what they were taking turned smoking it . I’m so disappointed and disgusted so unprofessional. I demanded to speak to a supervisor she never appeared so I decided to go look for her , she told me since I smoked in it I have to pay . I IMMEDIATELY said I will not because your waitress smoked it more than we ever did . I will pay for the drink even the shot of Hennessy but not the HOOkah so she agreed. Please don’t GO THERE !!!! The prices for drinks are ridiculous. Honestly, everything seemed overpriced, sometimes double its actual worth or at a 25% increase. The upstairs balcony area was kind of drab and there was a huge disconnect atmosphere wise between the outside and inside. Music kept cutting out. And it seemed like maybe the waitress would forget about us due to the farther location. Though on the bright side she was still polite and professional. Despite this initial experience once I moved downstairs I discovered that the inside bar was very nice. Atmosphere was fun and clean inside. And the music wasn't too loud which is always a plus. Firstly I must say the food is immaculate, they give just the right amount. Try the spicy BBQ wings with rice. That being said the service is terrible, the woman take breaks every 5 seconds and they are rude and disgusting. I asked one worker a question she looked at me as if I was stupid and had the worst attitude, the woman that worked nigh shift 27/8/2025 need to be trained better ( wish i got her name tag so i can report her ) the food also took extremely long and she kept saying it’s coming.
