Last weekend, during a cruise stop in Nassau, Bahamas, my husband and I decided to explore options for upgrading my center stone in my diamond wedding band—something we had been considering for over two years. We walked into Allure Jewels International, where we were assisted by Paul, an incredibly patient and knowledgeable salesman who helped us navigate our decision with great care.

Initially, we were told that my ring would be ready in just two hours, but it required me to leave my band behind—a prospect I was extremely hesitant about. However, after some reassurance, we decided to proceed. While waiting, we spent time exploring Nassau and even stopped at Señor Frogs, eagerly anticipating the final result.

Upon returning, we learned that they did not have the necessary piece to achieve the low-profile setting I wanted. Paul assured us that the component would arrive by Tuesday and that, if I left my ring behind, it would be completed and delivered to my doorstep by Friday. Understandably, my husband and I were skeptical and immediately considered requesting a refund. However, Paul encouraged us to check their outstanding reviews, assuring us that we could trust them to do a beautiful job.

Despite our initial doubts, we took a leap of faith and left my wedding band behind. By Tuesday, my husband received a video showcasing my newly updated band with the upgraded center stone. I was absolutely in love with it and couldn’t wait to have it back on my finger. True to Paul’s word, FedEx delivered my ring on Friday afternoon, and fortunately, my husband was home to sign for it.

Allure Jewels International exceeded our expectations, delivering impeccable craftsmanship and exceptional service. To say we were thrilled with the final result would be an understatement. I can confidently say that we are not the type of people who would typically leave a diamond band in a foreign country, and when I told my friends what we had done, they were shocked. However, our trust in Paul and his team was well-placed.

Not only did they create a stunning new setting for my wedding ring, but they also transformed my original stone into a beautiful pendant. I now have two exquisite pieces that I absolutely love.

What an AMAZING company!! Allure Jewels was such a great find for us when we were in Nassau on a Carnival Cruise. Allure Jewels was not mentioned while on the cruise as a place to shop by the cruise employees when they presented best places to shop so we stuck to their list but were unable to find what we wanted. Most of the shops were not very helpful once they realized they didn't offer amethyst like we were looking for. Then somebody told us go to Allure and told us where they were. My husband purchased an amazingly beautiful amethyst bracelet for me as a birthday gift and I was very excited to say the least. After returning to the cruise ship and leaving port we noticed late that night a stone had fallen out of the bracelet. Upon returning to the states I contacted Allure and they were so very helpful and attentive to make everything right. They were apologetic this had happened and were very clear they would do whatever was needed to make it right. That they did!!!! I've now received my new amethyst bracelet, returned the original one back to them and could not be happier with our experience. We will not shop any other jewelry store when in Nassau and will recommend them to EVERYBODY!! We tried getting the information to Carnival Cruise Lines 'shopping department' and cruise director as we were asked to update them on how it went with Allure but Carnival has not been very responsive to adding Allure to their suggested shopping list YET...we will keep trying. We took a cruise and stopped in Nassau Bahamas. While there we went into Allure jewels International. Jerry assisted us in looking for a men’s necklace. He showed me a Byzantine necklace that I really liked a lot. Jerry was extremely helpful, he was friendly, he answered all of my questions, and was not pushy at all. He helped us for a while, and gave us a very good price on the necklace. We were pressed for time to get back on the cruise ship, so we decided not to get the necklace at this time. Our decision was mainly based on not wanting to make a sudden decision. Jerry was very understanding about us wanting to wait, and respected that. When we got back on the cruise ship, I regretted not getting it. Once we got back home, we called Jerry and told him that, if possible, we would like to purchase the necklace. Once again, Jerry was amazing to work with. He was able to order the chain and FedEx it to my home in Florida. He kept in close communication with me from the time the order was placed, until it arrived at my house to make sure that I received it with no issues. It's gorgeous!!
