I would like to extend a special thank you to the employees Joy, Zachee, Yusuf, Norbu and Regine at Starbucks for the effort made, the wonderful and distinguished work, the way they deal with the customer, and the elegant and amazing style. Upon my arrival, they began to welcome me and receive me in a wonderful, attractive and very kind way. The service was very excellent and fast. I loved it and I love it. Coming to this branch, and I used to come to this branch because of the employees’ performance and their very wonderful work. I wish them success and lasting progress. I would like to say that Alshaya Company or Starbucks are very lucky to have such a team. They always have the best and highest quality for me in terms of welcome, hosting, distinguished service, and most importantly, treatment. I’m so disappointed and unsatisfied; my order is a simple order, Grande “Caramel macchiato”, every visit, they serve a different recipe, they can’t perfect it always, sometimes they forget to add Vanilla Syrup… or can’t taste any of caramel.

I’ve noticed that they focus on delivering your order faster is more important to them, (they always looking at time of the service, when you order and when you leave)

I’ve informed them, that I’m not happy of it, but still no use.

Based on my experience with Starbucks, I understand that the taste slight differs from another .. but not that much!

[August 2019 – original rating 5/5] For sure I love it... although working at BFH.. I don’t mind to take a turn to get my Starbucks.. it will take just 10 min more to reach my office. At morning ... they serve you fast ... it will take only 2 ~ 3 min of taking your order and having it. Just be sure that you get your coffee right... two times of my visit they forget to add some syrups... as they trying to make your coffee so fast and delay you. Overall......
