Scalini Bahrain shines as a standout dining destination. From the moment you walk through the door, the atmosphere exudes sophistication and warmth—think chic interiors, soft lighting, and a thoughtfully curated ambiance that feels both upscale and welcoming.
The staff consistently impress with their level of professionalism and genuine hospitality. Every team member we encountered—from the friendly greeter to the attentive servers—displayed a keen attention to detail and a sincere desire to make every moment enjoyable. It felt like they cared not just about serving food, but about crafting an experience.
What truly captivates here is the overall dining atmosphere: comfortably elegant yet relaxed, perfect for a celebratory dinner or a refined evening out. The presentation of every dish that passed by our table looked carefully considered, reflecting a kitchen committed to both aesthetics and flavor. Whether you’re catching up with friends, treating someone special, or marking an occasion, the pace and vibe lend themselves to conversation and unforgettable memories.
The restaurant’s ambiance, service, and attention to detail harmonize beautifully. Even without knowing exactly what you’ll order, you can count on consistently elevated quality here. Scalini Bahrain is a place I’m eager to revisit—and it comes highly recommended to anyone seeking a polished, delightful dining...
Read moreEven though the staff were super nice to us, I feel obligated to drop an honest review here for the sake of improving the business & the management of the restaurant. Having said that, these are the points I'd like to highlight:
As a basic expectation from an Italian restaurant, Pizza should be served! If the oven was not working, they should have made it super clear to everyone calling to book a table on that day as something called "Mitigation Plan" in professional businesses.
As a fine restaurant, I would expect professional waiters/waitresses to serve us, which was NOT the case. We ordered 2 bottles of water "sparking & still" and whenever the waitresses refilled our glasses, they mixed up our preferences "sparking vs. Still", they have made that mistake three UNACCEPTABLE times. Every time I correct them, they get rid of the water in the glasses without compensating for it!
On top of that, they had the guts to put 3 water bottles on our bill despite their rookie awful mistakes, I then had to ask them to remove one bottle from the bill as I shouldn't have to pay for at any...
Well, it's nice to see a restaurant like Scalini in Bahrain. I went with my friends. The atmosphere was nice but crowded. It seems not a 5-star restaurant(you have to feel the music...etc). The food was perfect, but the service was extremely bad. The waiter was unprofessional. She seems forced to work there, or you are in 1 Star Street restaurant. She started to take our order and suddenly she changed to the other table (next to us) and talked with them for a minute then came back again to complete our order! We asked for 3 appetiser 2 main courses and 1 pizza. I asked to bring the pizza in the middle ( between appetiser and main course) she said no will bring together, and later, they brang it as final corce!. Furthermore, you should ask them for everything like they brang the bread with out olive oil and balsamico. You have to ask for change the plates...etc.
In conclusion, if you want to taste great Italian food, it will be a good place to visit (with an open budget). If you are looking for it as a 5-star restaurant (food, service, atmosphere), I do not recommend it regarding...
