During my visit, I had the pleasure of sampling several dishes, each bursting with bold flavors and expertly crafted. The Seekh Kebabs were a highlight, grilled to perfection and infused with the smoky essence of charcoal, while the Chicken Biryani was a fragrant masterpiece, with tender pieces of meat nestled amidst fragrant basmati rice and aromatic spices.
The restaurant's signature dish, LA JAWAB MUTTON NIHARI, was a revelation, with crispy fried chicken in a secret blend of spices that left me craving for more. And no Pakistani meal would be complete without a serving of freshly baked naan, which was pillowy soft, and perfect for soaking up the rich gravies and sauces.

Read moreI’d been wanting to try this restaurant for quite some time because their food always looked so good in their posts. So for my birthday dinner last night, my husband and I finally went. We reached around 10:45 pm. They remain open till 11:30 pm, even though it’s written 1 am on Google Maps. The building was a little dark with an old lift, but the ambience inside was spot on for a proper Indian/Pakistani dinner. It felt like a very family friendly place, with kids running around and big groups enjoying themselves. The service was good and attentive.
For food, we ordered their beef sheekh kabab, Kashmiri butter chicken, paneer karhai, and butter naan. The sheekh kabab had a smoky taste and was really filling. The butter chicken had a rich, sweet and savory gravy. It was tasty, but I’ve had better. Paneer dishes are usually a safe choice, and this paneer karhai didn’t disappoint either. Cooked with tomato and capsicum, it was more on the sweeter side but was absolutely delicious. The butter naan was fluffy and buttery, the perfect pair to all the gravies.
I also tried their jeera pani, which was decent but a little sweeter than I expected. I would’ve liked a stronger jeera flavor. To finish off, we had their malai kulfi and that was honestly the highlight! Perfect sweetness, great texture, and really satisfying.
While the food tasted good, I do wish the serving sizes were bigger considering the prices. Overall, as a first visit, I’d call it an average experience. Might go back another time to try some of their signature dishes.
