Jatra Flagship Dhaka Lake View — Hotel in Dhaka Metropolitan

It's good to hear from you But sadly I did not receive any sms or reference code . Compare to my last visit, 2nd one was very disappointing. As- I was confirmed the bigger rooms but on arrival was pushed in to the smaller one . The room was extremely uncomfortable, due to the design or interior which doesn't make any sense Though the room was booked for 2 person but I got the amenities such as teeth brush , shampoo , bath towel , water glass etc . I was very surprised to see that I was served only 2 500ml bottle of water while I stayed 2 days one night ( as I checked and paid for early check-in) The breakfast suddenly changed from continental to deshi without notice (day 1 continental and day 2 deshi ) The toilet had no ventilator and smelled very bad all the time . While asked to cleanup the toilet as it gets very wet after one bath and becomes very risky to use untill it's fully dried up (which takes long time as there is no ventilation system) , the staff did not provide any fresh towels) I had to use the same towel for 28 hours and for 3 baths . Very disappointing.

The cleanness of the overall property was good . But honestly the stay was very unpleasant.

My job is to travel around hotels and service apartments in the country and provide data to the travel agencies and public groups . I had high expectations after my first stay but 2nd time was a disaster. I hope the management will look into this for their own good . Thank...

Nice, helpful, knowledgeable staff. Location was excellent, situated in walking distance to Banani and Gulshan. Unique set up - felt more like a full service apt building. Breakfast was good, local or western simple breakfast. WiFi worked ok, bed was comfy. Negatives were the ability to hear your neighbors as everything echoed underneath the doorway, also street noise was very obvious. The room and bathroom was nice and modern, sufficient for one person - clean, safe and comfortable however lacked in room amenities like tea kettle, mini fridge.
