We originally were making our way to a sushi restaurant that was across the street to Fushion. Due to the other restaurant and their yearly renovations we had to find another location. After walking around a little we were told to enjoy the view and food. We decided to order sushi as that was what we were wanting. The restaurant was able to accommodate our noon reservation on the smoking patio which was ok but next time we highly recommend a booked reservation without all the cigar and smoking. Our waitress Keisha was awesome friendly and super awesome. Our food was ok nothing extremely great or super fresh which was surprising. But we were hungry so it filled the gap. I think I would come back again to see how other food was. So I currently won’t recommend this on the top list of go to’s. But we were greatly appreciated in the quick seating without reservations.

We ate here recently, and it was fabulous. The restaurant has a fantastic vibe to it. It feels like some funky modern rooftop establishment that wouldn't be out of place in the fashionable cities of Europe. The service was welcoming, attentive, and friendly. The food is well presented and tasty. The only minor issue we had, which I brought to a managers attention, and I won't mark them down for, was the oil that the Baklava starter was cooked in was a little old and needed changing. It slightly tainted the flavour, but again, it doesn't warrant knocking them down a star.

The decor here is absolutely stunning, and the service was just as impressive. Our server was incredibly friendly, ensuring we had everything we needed and never rushed us. I ordered the Rock and Roll sushi along with the spicy tuna, and both were delicious—prepared fresh and tasted amazing. The location is on a rooftop with a breathtaking view, making the entire dining experience even more special. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for great food and an even better atmosphere!

Fusion has done some serious revamping over the years! A few years ago I would have been writing about the great taste of their sweet and sour chicken! (Darn I still miss that!)

But today, I’m here to talk about another dish that has completely blown me away.

Wait for it.... their calamari appetizer!

I’m somewhat of an addict when it comes to calamari, I can’t see it on a menu without giving it a try to determine where is my next best favorite place to crave eating it from.

Needless to say many places fall short, it’s either too much batter, not enough batter, too much additional flavour that the taste of the calamari is lost, not enough flavour, over fried and rubbery etc etc... however Fusion has not only found the right balance of texture and flavour but they added more flavour and created mini bites and this literally blew my mind!

This is a bold and unique twist on calamari that paid off! With a great sauce to compliment the dish!

Restaurants have to evolve over time to stay in business and I’ll be lying if I didn’t admit that I terribly miss some of my old favorites on the menu, but a true sign of a good restaurant is to continue to stay strong amidst change, and @fusionrooftop that you did! Great location, great food, great vibe and your twist on...

We live in Sandy Lane. This is a review for 2 dinning experiences. Both of these dinning experiences were ruined by James (one of the managers I believe) who runs a real estate business on the side and tries so hard sell dinners to use him to buy a property. In the second experience, I told him it was completely inappropriate, as it was our wedding anniversary. So he waved a very expensive bottle of wine plus my wife's dinner. Whilst his might sound like a win, as a business owner, I am degusted that to resolve an issue he created, he gave away the owners revenue. The reason for sharing this now is we were at a dinner party tonight, where someone else raised an identical experience with James. All in all, 3 couples had been hard sold by James to buy property, then given dinners/drinks/wines. If you are the owner, you need to address this now as he is harming your business. We do not want to go back to your restaurant because of James. I will seek to find out your name and contact you about...

I recently had a deeply disappointing experience at this establishment, where both the host and manager were extremely derogatory and made us feel unwelcome from the moment we arrived. Despite being polite and courteous, we were treated as if we were an inconvenience. What was most upsetting was how they made my mother feel uncomfortable, treating us like a burden without any justification.

The servers, who should have been focused on delivering a pleasant dining experience, instead acted with an air of superiority, which was baffling given that they were there to serve us. Their condescending attitude was unnecessary and unprofessional. We came to enjoy a nice meal but left feeling disrespected and disheartened. We gave no reason for such behavior and frankly, this level of service is unacceptable. I would not recommend this place to anyone who values respectful and...
