Afghan Palace Restaurant — Restaurant in Antwerp

Wow, amazing restaurant! If you like afghan food or just want to discover this delicious cuisine, that is the place to be. I have ate in different afghan restaurant (Greece, UK, France) and this one is one of the best (if not the best even!!). The taste is there, the quality also! I couldn't be more happy to eat there. Everything looked and tasted very fresh. And they even have Sheeriak, the traditional afghan ice cream make on demand ( it is also a very nice experience to watch someone preparing this dessert! Puting the milk inside a uge type of jar and making the ice cream by the force of the arm! ). The restaurant is big and nice. You have either tables or rugs (toshak) if you want to eat like the Afghans trafitionnaly do. The workers are lovely, it was so nice chatting with them.

So I guess you understood from this long comment...: GO THERE you won't be disappointed!

Ps: the price is also very competitive, especially for the quality and quantity! I paid 23€ for dough (yogurt drink)/ Mantoo (as a starter) / Qabuli pulao (main) / Sheeriaqh (dessert) !! And they gifted a delicious soup on arrival - I usually don't eat spicy and this soup was very spicy to me but it was that delicious that I eat it beside being spicy!

First of all, I would like to thank Alisa, the hotel manager (I guess) for her wonderful service and the amazing foods and cuisines. Primarily, we were intended to choose menus as per our choice and preference. However, she suggested a big dish meal for us. They served 3 big dishes of Kabul Pulao, Roti, Chicken, Beef as well as Lamb meat with different salads and sauces. Also they provided dumplings as well as different types of Kebab and obviously soft drinks. They also provide us the opportunity to dance and set up our Secret Santa party after dinner. It was really a nice experience not only with the food but also with the services. However, for me it was a bit pricey. Because, it was 20 € per person in a 25 person group. Anyway, it's not that much because of the variety of dishes and the amount of foods and their wonderful services. Thanks...

My name is Esmatullah Ahmady. And I am currently living in Frankfurt, Germany. I suddenly visited Kabul Restaurant Antwerpen with four other friends during vacation Yesterday 5th of October 2022. We ordered different types of foods from the food menu. All the food was so yummy and well-cooked. Honestly, this was my first restaurant abroad, especially in Europe, where I ate food with the same taste as the food in my home country Afghanistan. We are hundred percent satisfied with the taste and quality of the food as well as with the well-behaved working staff. Hence, I highly recommend this restaurant to all of you.
