Shahi restaurant — Restaurant in Antwerp

I recently visited Shahi Restaurant and overall had a pleasant experience. The food was good and tasted authentic, with nice flavors and good portions. The ambience and atmosphere are definitely a plus – cozy and nicely decorated, making it a comfortable place to dine.

The service was okay. The staff seemed to be doing their best and were friendly enough, but communication could really be improved. It was sometimes difficult to get clear answers or explanations, which made ordering and asking questions a bit challenging. I think with a bit more attention to customer interaction and communication, the overall experience could become much better.

The seating was fine, nothing too special but comfortable enough. Overall, it’s a nice place with good food and atmosphere, and I hope the service side will improve over time. Grilled Regards Team...

(Based on my experience; nothing personal 😊) I go there often and every time I go to eat, the food tastes different; e.g. sometimes the Lams Karayee is very oily, sometimes there is more garlic in it, or a bit salty. Kabuli Palaw used to be very good but on our last visit, I didn't like it. Tikka Kebab is kinda dry although it used to be very good. They don't know how to cook. We ate chicken and kabuli palaw. We tasted the food and then left. We paid more than the prices on the menu. They just loot you for nothing. Dont waste your time and money there. In Europe, Afghans dont know how to cook their Afghan recepies. Better to go Pakistani, indian and Turks restaurants. Even the food in Bakeries are more delicious then these Afghan...
