I recently visited Shahi Restaurant and overall had a pleasant experience. The food was good and tasted authentic, with nice flavors and good portions. The ambience and atmosphere are definitely a plus – cozy and nicely decorated, making it a comfortable place to dine.
The service was okay. The staff seemed to be doing their best and were friendly enough, but communication could really be improved. It was sometimes difficult to get clear answers or explanations, which made ordering and asking questions a bit challenging. I think with a bit more attention to customer interaction and communication, the overall experience could become much better.
