Pizza Apetito🍕 — Restaurant in Antwerp

We ordered every week at this place in the past months. Everything was fine and pizza was good but last week, service was very bad. The order arrived ice cold after 90min. I wrote them but no feedback from their side. Today we tried again, because normally we liked this place. Today again ice cold pizza and even a wrong pizza! Completely not what we ordered. For us this place is a no go and we will never ever...

I ordered food for delivery, over a certain amount €25 or so, delivery is free. The pizza is a medium size for €13.5-18 or more. It's somewhat expensive for the size though it is average for European cities. Veggie pizza taste was fine, toppings well portioned, and it arrived warm and ready to eat. I wasn't sure if there were short hairs in the box or not so I wasn't too...

The pizza was delivered completely cold and the cheesy bread was barely baked (the cheese was still solid on it)

The delivery guy didn't even try to make it up. He pretty much threw the box in my arms and left, no hi, no bye, no bonne appetite.

As a "bonus" the delivery took 1hour and 25 minutes.
