We had a reservation for a large group, restaurant was notified in advance that we had someone with specific allergies and also some vegetarians, this was no problem and they said they could accommodate.

When being seated we explained who had the allergies so they knew were to serve her food and when the shared dining food came she asked what she could eat, and the waiter said not to worry she could eat everything on that platter. However, as there seemed to be a yoghurt based sauce among other stuff which she cannot have she went down to ask if they were certain there was no milk etc in the food. They then laughed at her that she could see herself it was yoghurt based sauce which 'obviously' contains milk. No apology or attempt to give her something in line with her allergies. In addition, there was meat in some of the vegetarian dishes.

As for the atmosphere, we were seated upstairs where they have a glass floor. Halfway through dinner another guest came upstairs to tell us people downstairs were trying to look up under the skirts of some of us. Not a fun experience either.

Absolutely unacceptable and dangerous when you ignore someones allergies, I would never...

Worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant. The waitress set us down at a table with a wall full of candles behind us, and didn't blow out the candles or tell us to blow them out. While waiting on our meal my boyfriend's jacket and a cushion went on fire. The waitress never came back to apologize for the danger or damaged caused.

The owner then took over, and said she would follow up in 1-2 days which she did not, she said she couldn't offer a replacement for the jacket, or for any reimbursement and didn't even offer any money off our meal. Instead she said she would contact the insurance company. She did not.

When we contacted the restaurant 2 weeks later, we got a reply saying we were careless, although its not normal procedure to be put in a place where fire could hit our backs. The owner said normally the waitress would blow out the candles, but this did not happen and we didn't even get an apology from the lady who sat us there.

BEWARE, HIGHLY RECOMMEND...

It was my second time when we were in this cafe and ordered a tower сalled Supernova with ribs and calmares. We ate just a little of everything for example only one rib, the rest were left. Later we decided to ask for food to be packed “to go”. Only at home we discovered that from all the food they put for to go, there were only fries, nachos and chicken left. All the rest were missing. Moreover they put nachos on top of chicken so that it was impossible to eat nachos as it was wet and not tasty. Also, my experience of visiting this place for the first time was also not great. We’re waiting for food long time, not everything was served and we need 5 times to remind the waiter that they didn’t bring dishes, however there were not a lot of people in the restaurant.
