BIO COCO Thee (ramen Asian) — Restaurant in Antwerp

We had a terrible experience at this place.

We sat to have dinner and my partner ordered a glass of wine together without our food order. A few moments later a different waiter comes by and we noticed she brought a whole bottle of wine. She served the glass but then left the bottle at the table which we found a bit strange so the next time she came back we told her she may have made a mistake as we only ordered a glass. The waiter rudely tells my partner "why didn't you tell me this when I first came? I could have just brought an open bottle. You are young and should know better". The waiter literally blamed her internal miscommunication with her colleague on my partner. My partner explained we order just a glass from her colleague and she again pushed back to still blame it on us and not on them.

I don't take disrespect lightly so we stood up from the table and told them we were no longer going to stay as we don't tolerate the waiters behavior. The waiter had the audacity to still blame us and even asked us if we wanted to take the food with us in a container as it was already cooked.

We paid for the glass of wine and as we left she was still shouting that we should have told her and that the blame was on us.

We came to eat here as we saw that they had ramen. We ordered 1 spicy ramen which was the more expensive one, and we ordered the rice with duck.

The ramen was not spicy at all, even though we asked for it. The taste was not great either. The duck was alright but not great.

While we were eating, the people working in the restaurant were shouting to each other repeatedly in the kitchen, which made us feel uncomfortable.

Not recommended. There are way better restaurants in Chinatown in Antwerp.

EDIT: response on the owner's response. Yes we asked for spicy ramen and should have paid extra for it, but the lady at least made us paid less at checkout. Nevertheless the ramen...

We got the brown sugar milk tea with tapioca and it was bad, to keep it short. It was way too sweet; to the point that the flavor of the tea was over powered. The tea was also not cold and served at a room temperature warmth, despite having ice that melted immediately. The tapioca was not flavorful at all, and tasted like the store bought packets you could buy at home. We will say it was okay for the first few sips, but we will not be coming back. Furthermore, the store atmosphere was not good, with barely any decorations, boxes everywhere and...
