Broodje Tonijnsalade Mayo
Vind je de zee fijn? Wij ook. Dol-fijn zelfs! Daarom smeren we enkel tonijnsalade tussen je broodje die dolfijnvriendelijk gevangen is (de vissen, niet de salade). Bovendien gebruiken we enkel skipjack-tonijn uit de Stille Oceaan (ook wel gestreepte tonijn genoemd), die niet met uitsterven bedreigd is zoals zijn blauwvinzusjes (zie WWF-lijst). In ons broodje tonijnsalade hoef je dus geen graten te zien!
Broodje Surimi-Krabsalade
Het waren de Japanners die witte visfilet in handige staafjes zijn beginnen persen. Op onze beurt draaien we deze surimi-uitvinding in onze salade, samen met een sappige dosis krabvlees. Zo smeren we het beste van de zee tussen je broodje.
Broodje Ham
Is het ham of hesp? Het maakt niet uit, op ons broodje smaakt de kookham op zijn best. Geen zwoerd of vet, want onze ham is perfect ontvet. Onze ham staat voor ambachtelijke authenticiteit, niets evenaart zijn kwaliteit. Met wat mayo saus, ei en tomaat, is het broodje ham een broodje op jouw maat.
Broodje Jonge Gouda
Als er iets is waar ‘de Hollanders’ kaas van gegeten hebben, dan is het kaas! Jouw broodje jonge gouda wordt dan ook vakkundig belegd met de romigste Noord-Hollandse gouda, op basis van 100% weidemelk (zie je de koetjes al dartelen?) en natuurlijk gerijpt volgens eeuwenoud recept. Op dit beschermd streekproduct prijkt trots het kwaliteitslabel ‘Rode Zegel ‘ (maar dat verwijderen we natuurlijk voor we de kaas tussen je broodje leggen).
Broodje Jonge Gouda & Ham
Welkom bij de fijnproevers die weten wat lekker is. Voor jou gebruiken we in ons broodje jonge gouda en ham jonggerijpte gouda-kaas, oerkaas zoals die moet zijn: mooi geel en hartig. Je broodje is verder met kookham van de beste kwaliteit. Geen zwoerd of vet, want onze ham is geheel hambachtelijk ontvet.

Disaster! I come from Amsterdam for a week end with my wife and we are staying at Radisson Blu hotel, walking out of the hotel and this coffe place and its products are looking very nice so we decide to have breakfast here!!! Couldn’t have any worse idea. Everything is litterally frozen, everything! I ask them If they please could warm it up and what I receive as an answer is “that’s how you are supposed to eat it, we cannot warm it up”. 1 coffe and 1 latte macchiato ordered and I see plenty of coffee cups but we receive in paper cups. Behind the bar the avarage age is 19 so I’m blaming the management not the kids that as I see are still learning their job.

Too bad because the croissants look very good...

I'm almost never one to write reviews on places, but I couldn't hold back today. 1st things 1st, the person who was handling the pastries was not wearing gloves, and I saw her countless times wipe her hands on her trousers and proceed to touch the pastries again. Unless your trousers have antiseptic dispensers woven into them, that is absolutely unhygienic. Secondly, the glass my tea was served in was dirty. Finally, I was too tired to climb to the top most floor to find a cleaner space. The 1st floor was so dirty, crumbs all over the ground, unattended trays of previous customers and mind you, it wasn't so busy that one person couldn't attend to cleaning. Train your staff more on...

I used to like this place till I came today, 10 August 2019, and found the people who are working here making sandwiches without wearing gloves. The guy who is picking up the pastries was not wearing gloves as well . I don't know should I go and talk to them or not. These are some photos to prove that I'm in the place, I don't think I should take photos of the workers while they are making the sandwiches cause I don't want them to get fired but at the same time they have to know that something is going wrong there.

I'm so disappointed cause I really used to love this place and I love to support for national brands instead of the big chains...

The aroma of the pastry was so tantalising. We ordered several types of pastry and went our way. They were good, no arguments about that.
