Horrible horrible customer service. The manager of this store should be ashamed. Went in to quickly to buy a USA adapter since my hotel didn’t have one. There were no signs directing customer where to go for electrical adapters. I tried to stop an associate walking by to ask and he walked right past me and didn’t even acknowledge me. Then after searching for a while I went to a counter where 2 associates were helping one customer while a lady stood waiting. I waited a few minutes to be acknowledged but they just ignored me till finally I said “excuse me”. I was immediately cut off and told they were helping someone else. No care about what I was going to ask since it was a quick question to where the adapters were. I then asked them why they needed two associates to help one person? To which they went into an offensive rant about why they needed two people instead of offering to help me. I quickly told them I just needed an adapter and one associate finally told me they are at the end of the store near the registers. No apology and they acted offended, like how dare I interrupt them. This attitude would never fly in the USA and just gives Belgians a bad reputation for being lazy and useless. When I got to the register, there were about 5-7 people standing around chatting and laughing and not helping any customers. Read moreThis time i went to media market in antwerpen to change my mobile screen and the stock was over the The guy in the monile repair service was a very kind and friendly guy, as he was kind and was not rude so i get chance to ask about my iPhone 6 plus mobile screen and also my brother was with me he also get some details about his iPhone 8plus,the thing why i am telling all these is because of the previous experience in media market was terrible thats why i normally don't dare to ask many questions or help from the staff there but this time the guy was super nice so wanted to thank him and i didnt get his name but when i go to get my mobile screen i will try to know his name and i will mention in my experience, i usually buy all necessary materials from media because of the quality and the warranty, but one i think i dont understand was i been buying from media market since last 3 to 4 years and i recently got chance to subscribe or i can share my experience, i go with my younger brother every time and we dont dare to ask much we try to manage by ourselves, but in these few weeks i meet quite nice people. Read moreI have a problem with your consumer service, I bought a new TV in September and the remote stopped working after two months. My friend brought it to the their shop so we can know the problem, and they took it to repair, a week plus later I went to pick it up which was on Friday. I tasted it but again the remote didn't work which was very frustrating. I brought it back on Monday and they told me in the office that I have to buy a new one. What do you mean buy a new one?! I paid in full for a TV which usually comes with a remote and you telling me I have to get a new one. If I had a choice I would have returned the TV but lucky you, the return date has expire. I am very frustrated, normally I don't do this. Why my annoyance warrants it. For a month's plus now I haven't watched TV. So what's the point of having it in the house??....!
