It was chaotic. It took more than 20 minutes to get the drinks when it was not busy. The drinks prepared were not systematically made. People ordered after us got the drink. What is the point of queueing up if the drinks are not made in the sequence customers order？A lady who knew the staff got the drink earlier than us. I didn’t get any apology for this horrible experience. The tapioca pearls are too chewy, which means they have been prepared for too long. The market of bubble tea drinks is very competitive. I had the most delightful experience.Their boba tea is incredibly refreshing, with a perfect balance of sweetness and flavor. I tried the classic milk tea with tapioca pearls, and the pearls were soft and chewy, just the way I like them. The tea itself had a rich, authentic taste that made each sip so satisfying. The staff was friendly, and the atmosphere cozy—great for relaxing or catching up with friends. I’ll definitely be back to try more flavors!

Employees seems to be running headless Waiting time too long as it take more than 10 min for each order to be finished. Idk what 5 ppls even be doing behind the counter. Brown sugar milk tea with fresh milk?? Who allowed this on the menu is a freak. Change it to brown sugar pearl milk tea! Its heaven made combination.

But the pearl milk tea still taste oke, so its the only good thing...
