I had their cookies on multiple occasions, and they were dissapointing each and every time.

I had their cookies at Brussels Vintage market and they were a huge dissapointment. It’s clear they only care about aesthetics and flavor is an afterthought. The cookies were dry and hard, plus every few bites you’d get a clump of butter or granulated sugar. Poorly mixed dough and cookies baked for too long, for how expensive this place is it’s a real shame. Luckily there is far better alternatives in Antwerp, so you can completely avoid this place.

Very telling that the owner accuses me of stealing pictures from their Instagram when these pictures are straight from my gallery, can’t accept a genuine bad review? Embarrasing. Maybe put all of this effort you put into replying to negative reviews in to making decent cookies and there would be more stars....

The cookies are nice as always. Yet the new deal (cookies + drink combo) is not so much. I put a 5 star review months ago, but now you guys asked for a review on the drinks, here it is: we ordered ice matcha latte, costed almost 5eur but the quality doesn't come with it. It took us a bit by surprise that the portion was very small, the honey (I believe is to substituted for sugar in the drink) was still stuck at the bottom of the cup, matcha power was floating around. Most importantly, it didn't have much taste of matcha. It was absolutely not well made. I'm willing to pay extra for the cookies (separately in 1 or 2 not the whole box) but that much of money goes on a drink like that, it is very sad. It is 2 stars for the sole reason that customer service was very pushy about getting...

Delicious cookies. Tasted good already without reheating. Can be frozen as well, just follow the instructions. Cookie Size is quite big and thick, having one or two bites a day is enough to satisfy my cookie craving . My favourite so far is the one with peanut butter. I am usually not a fan of cookies because of it’s high sugar and high fat content. Would be lovely if these cookies come with nutritional information so I would know how much sugar I am consuming lol. It’s great they have vegan options (though I have no idea what’s in them), I hope they would introduce more healthy options like gluten free and low sugar cookies in the future so more people can enjoy...
