The lady making the sandwich seemed a bit rushed and could have been more welcoming. Noticed one staff member smoking outside and then handling the coffee machine without changing gloves or washing hands, which was unusual for a food service.

This was one of our favorite sandwich shoot but today it was super disappointing. We ordered 2 brie and bacon sandwiches, however when we got home we have discovered that it only included salad, raisins and mayo. I would understand if the place was super busy, but it was 11:30 and there were 3 people ordering. Unfortunately, we are unable to go back there to ask what happened as we were already far away. I can't understand why the staff isn't friendly. If you go early in the morning, the bread is fresh and delicious. If you go at noon, the bread is dry. It's delicious and filling. I used to go there every time with my family. You can't get proper answers to your questions. I don't think I'll go there anymore because of the staff's "You don't belong there" looks and their...
