I recently visited Kloonies in Antwerp, and I have to say it was an absolutely outstanding experience! From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. They were not only friendly but also went above and beyond to make sure every detail of our visit was perfect. One standout aspect was how accommodating they were with beverage changes — they handled every request with a smile, ensuring that we had exactly what we wanted without any hassle.

When we arrived we had no table despite having made a reservation. They sat us quickly after that, but then it took 10min for us to get a menu after trying to catch someone's eye for a while. The breakfast took over an hour to arrive when the only cooked thing was a soft boiled egg... It takes 5min to cook. They forgot the extra egg I asked for (that usually comes with extra bread that I never got), and the "pistolets" that are part of the menu, but after already trying for 5min to get the extra egg and eating 1h20 after arriving, I just didn't have the strength to ask for the rest.

I also found the breakfast menu quite overpriced.
