The worst all you can eat restaurant I have ever been to. Worst system with pen and paper as well. And trust me, I eat at all you can eat restaurants at least twice a week. So today we were there with my girlfriend. The system is clear, you get a pen and paper and you have a total of 4 rounds to order for 2 hours. We started ordering and since it was the first round, we included a lot of stuff as everyone does. after around 10 mins we received the edemame, 20 mins we received the fried mushrooms, a bit more than half an hour we received just a few of the sushi we ordered. There were around 8-9 more items remaining. We then kindly asked if we were going to be receiving the rest, they took the missing items and told us we would receive it in a bit. After an hour had passed I then got up and asked the people where the food was. I realized it was not even being prepared once again so we decided to stop eating there and leave. We spent more than an hour there mostly eating mushrooms and edemame. Then they requested we'd pay for the items we ate separately. In an all you can eat restaurant obviously it will cost a lot more than usual if you try to pay for it a la carte. The few sushi we were given were the worst we have ever eaten as well. We returned one of the spicy tuna sushi as it looked cheeky. I refused to pay for it and told them I was only going to pay for the drinks but they weren't happy. I was told that if I was requesting kindly, they would've been helpful but trust me I was kind enough at first.

I asked what time they close and the waiter told me I have just over an hour to order as kitchen closes at 10.30pm (printer on the menu) and the restaurant closes at 11pm. I ordered the first round of food and by 9.50pm the same waiter came round to ask me to order the last order!!!! I asked him didn't he say the kitchen closes at 10.30pm and he said the kitchen decided they need to doing the cleaning up??!!!??
Typical Chinese people running Business. Zero customer services! They just want your €25 and don't care about you at all.
As for food it's very average! Not good and not too bad.
If you think about going there (unless you have a very good reason, do yourself a favour to go to Restaurant Ichi which is a fine dine and excellent food and service for €30!!!!! €5 more than this place and I feel that appreciated your business more than this place!!

Read moreThere are times when you might be fortunate enough to enjoy good food and attentive service, but more often than not, the experience falls short. The meals tend to lack freshness and flavor, while the service feels unprofessional and indifferent. The waitstaff seem to prioritize everything but the customers' needs. I’ve visited this restaurant four times; my first visit was good, but the next experiences left me confused. I’ve encountered issues where my orders were either forgotten or completely wrong. When I pointed out the mistakes, they took back the incorrect dishes but failed to deliver what I actually ordered. Although it’s advertised as an all-you-can-eat venue, I left feeling more hungry than when I arrived during my last three visits. Out of the multiple rounds I attempted and the various dishes I ordered, I only managed to enjoy a few bites of chicken, a small serving of rice, and 3 spicy tuna pieces. The rest never was served to me, and to add insult to injury, I was charged the full price despite raising concerns about the missing items. It’s truly...
