Yesterday we invited our friends to Made in Antwerp for dinner. Before we went to the table we decided to drink our aperitif in the bar. No one welcomed us and after waiting for 25 minutes we went to the bartender who apologised and offered our first drink for free. Later we were seated at a table next to the kitchen. That evening we could see other unsatisfied customers due to lack of professionalism and unhurried service. After the chef ringed the bell for the dish to be served, no one was in a rush to pick it up. Now and then, small mistakes occurred. At our table they also forgot the side dish. Finally, the bill was incorrect, containing two Caesar saladâs that we didnât order plus our âfree aperitifâ was also included. The food was served 5 minutes before the concert, more than one hour after ordering, and we ended up being late. Thank you very much
I had the steak which was cooked but cold and dry. Unacceptable for the price tag. The other dishes were apparently average.
