Pokenut — Restaurant in Antwerp

Went today - rating doesnt reflect it, me and my wife ordered medium and large and in both portions we found animal/human hair!!!

The employee offered us a replacement as it was only after a couple of bites, i just asked for a discount as we were disgusted and discouraged - bad toilet/not a nice atmosphere in the place - they called their boss about the discount and all the boss offered is to take two bottles of water which to them is a max cost of 4euros.

Putting blame on both employee and owner, do not go...

We ate here and had a delicious filling meal. The restaurant is owned by two friends that are very passionate about making their business a success. They spent time on our bowls and made sure they were tasty. Very nice guys and I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for good quality food! Lots of toppings and options for a good...

Ordered food, missing items and they made the order with the wrong ingredients, extremely long delivery time, bad communication about when we could expect it to arrive.

They kept saying it would be just 10 minutes late, it ended up being 1,5h extra. Food was mediocre at best.
