Can't say much about food, but if you're going to a bar called "Dr. Beer" you shouldn't expect more than a few snacks on the side.

Aside from the super comfortable atmosphere, the best thing about this place is the vast knowledge of the staff. I rarely look at the menu and just describe what kind of beer I would like to drink - 9/10 times the bartender hands me a beer that exactly matches my expectations.

Beer prices can be a little bit on the higher side depending on your order, but it's also beer you can't / won't drink at the regular places.

Two of us tried 3 beers and a cider, all of them were tasty and special. The staff was super professional, he offered to help to choose, my taste was kriek beer, and he described 6 beers, by taste and origin so I could get exactly what I like. The staff was always on time with refill. I can definitely recommend if you want to try some belgian (or other country's beer) which is not mainstreem. (Of course they have the basics as well (like Triple d' Anvers), so ideal for tourists. Thank you for the experience, we will come back to try new things.
