Quite Frankly Sandwich Store & Deli — Restaurant in Antwerp

Ordered 2 burgers and 2 sodas. 50€. Hands down one of the worst places I've ever been in a very long time.

The bald guy with the tattoos was probably one of the worst cooks I have ever seen. I should have recorded it.

First we get there and the place is almost full. Nobody has any food. We waited forever for our burgers, maybe 45 minutes.

He cooks everything one at a time. 20 orders up, he's cooking 1 thing at a time and barely making it happen.

The pancakes and burgers are cooked in the same general location on the flat top.

I watched the guy burn bacon black, and I mean black as cancer on one side, flipped it over to the almost raw side and immediately chopped it with a knife and put it on a sandwich.

I got a wagyu burger, ask medium rare. For 22€ you should be able to get a nice burger to your liking. But no, it came out completely rare, then they destroyed the sandwich with who know what. It was a dripping, over seasoned disaster. I discarded 20€ worth of burger. I should have refused to pay.

The ventilation is a joke. If you plan to do anything after eating there, save time for a shower and change of clothes.

The prices are almost comical. 20€ for a sloppy joe and a pickle.

Not sure how they got such a high rating.

Reality check: The food isn't good enough to charge those prices and the experience isn't...

We live in the neighborhood and have been here to eat a few times. Each time always left with the best feeling a food coma could give 😆 everything was superb! Honestly the best fried chicken i’ve ever tasted! The milkshake is amazing. The pastrami burger and chicken caesar salad sandwich was also soooo delicious! I always have problems choosing what to eat 😂 This is a small establishment run by the owners, so if you’re expecting super fast service or many seatings, maybe a different option is better for you! I always look up the places I go to so I know what to expect. Last time we came an hour before it was scheduled to close on a Saturday so some of my favorites were out but i’m glad to try new items on their menu. And because we were the last customers (and a group of 4) we didn’t mind waiting cos boy, was it worth it! Great service each time! We always look forward to...

Terrible experience. They advertise products like milkshakes and pastrami sandwiches, but don’t actually have them available. This was already the second time we visited, and we got turned away again. We waited 30 minutes in line, only to see people who arrived after us being let in first, completely out of order. When we pointed it out, they gave us lame excuses. Once inside, we found out that most of the items on the menu weren’t even available, even though the menu is already extremely limited.
