Great restaurant in Bruges, Belgium! We went here around 2:00 and got seated right away outside with a perfect breeze. It was so cool because a school was right next to the restaurant so all the children were coming and going. So fun to watch. The beer was perfect and huge. We got the garlic and beir mussels (not much flavor), fish and chips with salad, and veggie lasagna. All was pretty good! The prices were a bit high. The service was slow too. Overall, highly recommend coming and eating here, fun to hand out and people watch!

Nice terrace near a historic square but inside rather cramped. Friendly service but this venue charges tourist elevated prices. Take this advice from a local: charging € 4,20 for a Tripel Karmeliet beer on tap is way overpriced when served in a glass which hardly contains 25 cl. Buy the same beer in the supermarket and it will only cost you roughly only 1/3 of the price for more content.

On my visit to Bruges, I stopped in for lunch. The cafe is nicely decorated and has a good ambiance. Everything we ordered was great. The service was good and fast. I would recommend stopping here for lunch or dinner. Do note that the café is on the pricier side but all of them are. My only complaint was that there is only 3 toilets so if it is busy there can be a wait for the bathroom.

Even though food was more or less OK, I am obliged to rate this restaurant quite low, because of the filthy state of its restrooms. It is not acceptable that the restrooms are in this state in a restaurant like this, where you are charged 50 euros/person. Not to mention that there was no liquid soap either. I cannot accept the justification given by the responsible who attributed this situation to the high number of customers. I am sorry this is not an excuse. In particular, when you know that there will be a lot of customers, you have to make sure that the restrooms are clean and comfortable. In addition, it would be preferable we had some proper bread and not supermarket...

Our hotel concierge at Van Cleef made a last minute switch for us to this restaurant since we had a large group and young children. Glad we switched because the experience could not have been any better. The muscles in a vegetable broth was fantastic along with all other items. The owner was expecting us and greeted us with a most welcoming tone. From the minute we entered to the time we left, the choice was perfect. While our group had children, the restaurant is upscale and suitable for anyone. In our case it ended up being family friendly but it's a nice dining spot in Bruges where my wife and I would also go back on a couples...

We stopped here for lunch and ordered a club sandwich and Caesar salad, what we got was spiced chicken with some salad with a spiced dressing, we asked the manager if they had mixed the order as it wasn't what we ordered, he asked us if we knew what a Caesar salad was, we explained how it's made,

he didn't seem interested and walked off, the staff then avoided us for over 20 mins until they took the bill over at that point told us that it wasn't a Caesar bbecause customer s didn't like chicken caesars. They got charged full price with no apology for the terrible service or the wrong meal being sent out. I would recommend...
