An absolute disgrace – avoid this hotel at all costs||||This was, without a doubt, the worst experience of our entire European trip. The owner of this hotel was shockingly arrogant and completely unprofessional. Near midnight, he refused to let us into the hotel, leaving us stranded on the street because he couldn’t confirm payment for one of the three rooms we booked through Hotels.com. Despite us showing full proof of payment, he insisted that it was our problem to resolve with the platform and threatened that we’d have to sleep on the street if we didn’t fix it. Even though two of the rooms were already fully paid for, he refused to hand over the keys. Only when we involved the police did he finally allow us access to the rooms.||||To make matters worse, we ended up paying for a fourth room, as the owner demanded additional payment due to his own inability to confirm the third room. Hotels.com later admitted the error and credited the hotel for the missing amount, yet we never received a refund for the fourth room we were forced to pay for. They claimed the card number we used did not match their records, which was an outright lie and a disgraceful excuse to avoid giving us back our money. In the end, we paid for four rooms and only used three – a blatant scam.||||The conditions of the hotel were equally appalling. The bedspreads had suspicious stains that made us question if they had been cleaned at all. There were no power outlets near the beds, making it impossible to charge phones or other devices conveniently. The hallways were cluttered with buckets of dirty water, and the lobby itself had a mattress awkwardly stacked against a wall, giving the impression of total chaos and lack of care. To top it all off, we even saw a rat scurrying through one of the hallways, which was absolutely revolting.||||This hotel is a complete disgrace – it is poorly managed, unhygienic, and run by people who treat guests with total disrespect. Paying guests should never have to fight to access rooms they’ve already paid for, let alone be left out in the street at midnight. Adding insult to injury, we were scammed out of a fourth room that we never used.||||Save yourself the nightmare and stay anywhere else. This place is an embarrassment and should be avoided...

An absolute disgrace – avoid this hotel at all costs

This was, without a doubt, the worst experience of our entire European trip. The owner of this hotel was shockingly arrogant and completely unprofessional. To make matters worse, we ended up paying for a fourth room, as the owner demanded additional payment due to his own inability to confirm the third room. This hotel is 2 stars not 3. The reception looks so unorganized and old. Everything about this place is old. The room is super expensive for what it is. Window broken, bathroom sink also with a crack on it. The bathroom door doesn't close properly so better to tell your partner before coming in when you are doing your business. No attention for the details at all. Furniture really old and in bad condition. The bed mattress is super old and has so many bends it will be better to sleep in a tent on the bushes. The breakfast doesn't worth the money you pay for it. Not to mention how noisy the rooms are as it is a super old building, you can hear people walking, talking and doing their things like if they were in the same room with you. The only good thing about this hotel is the location, the rest...very expensive and not worth it..see pictures attached... missing hanger in the bathroom, sink very dirty and the list goes on and on. Also the elevator sounds like if it's going to break down. Spend your money elsewhere. Btw there was a mattress on the hallway outside the room.

For €63 for 1 night in the center of Brugge this was a good option for a hotel. It is an old hotel that needs an urgent refresh but don’t let the hallways to the room disappoint you because initially I was worried seeing that there were leaks in different entrances of the hallway. All this worry was put to rest when I entered my hotel room. The room that I had was spacious, cozy and with a way too big bathroom which was odd, rare but nice haha. They don’t have a bar, restaurant or breakfast option but the hotel is surrounded by so many of them nearby that this isn’t really an issue. The receptionists and staff were all very friendly and what’s great about this hotel is that at the reception they have a luggage room where you can leave your luggage even after check-out to continue exploring the city in peace. As someone who’s slightly boogie, strict on hygiene yet just needs comfort, kindness and the essentials when it comes to a hotel, I would actually recommend this hotel for a brief city center stay on a budget.

The hotel was decent reception was pleasant and helpful there is a lift but very small only fits 3 at the most the room was exceptable but slightly outdated the onsuite was clean and tidy but not completely finished tiling round the edges the bedroom was big with patio doors on to a decking area with your own table and chairs surrounded by beautiful palms very nice touch the bed was a disappointing two single beds push together to make a double house keeping was done every day the continental breakfast was a joke bread boiled eggs salami cheese colsaw tin fruit and juice tea coffee and drinking chocolate was the same every day not very exciting was looking forward to cooked breakfast bacon eggs ect but no while we were staying the best thing of all everything was a stone's throw away from the hotel which was very helpful overall it was exceptable so if your looking for luxury this is not the place if you want convenience to everything Bruges as to offer this is the place
