Unfortunately, I would classify it as a fine-dining wannabe. Tasty/Decent for a mediocre scenario, but now I am judging for what it is trying to portray.
Service: The service quality is low, sloppy, mistakes were made from start to finish. Cutlery placement, cutlery replacement etiquette (straight on the table, no napkin underneath and no napkin replacement, given the fact that the current ones are small/not fabric/easy to get dirty entirely). Logistics are terrible, as were not able to eat comfortably. Plates were huge and heated at high temperatures, although for some dishes it was unnecessary (it feels fancy, so we do it for all hot dishes). We just had to eat in weird positions in order to avoid the huge hot plates on the small table. Menu presentation by the host lacked details, garnish/sides were not presented and we ended up receiving the main product, but with a side that changed it completely. If we knew it had those sides, we wouldn’t have ordered it.
Food: Decent-Good Carpacio, although followed a classic recipe, had no taste. Bland, a little acidity and a touch of seasoning would have made a huge difference. Lemon, balsamic vinegar, vinaigrette, whatever your choice. Meat/Fish: Dishes with different qualities, some had its main product perfectly cooked, while the other ones were slightly overcooked and more chewy.
