Little Siam — Restaurant in Bruges

It has great reviews so we knew it would be lovely. Very difficult to get a reservation as it's so small, but we popped in and despite initially bring told it was full on the following night (Sunday) the owner said he'd fit us in at 8pm. It's been traditionally decorated, and the food was presented in such a pretty manner that it needed a couple of photos to he taken. The owner helpfully took photos of us as well on our camera phone. He chatted to all the customers and was really friendly. The food was top quality, the best we've had outside of Thailand. We had fish cakes and chicken satay for starters, and lamb Massaman and chicken Pad Thai for main. All cooked by his wife, we thoroughly enjoyed it and were both full to bursting by the end! When luck is on your side you get a table at Little Siam 🤩🥳 It was my bday and we went to have dinner here but unfortunately they were fully booked for the evening. So went ahead to explore more restaurants but no luck. After like 30 minutes we crossed this restaurant again and the gentleman calls us back saying hey you were looking for a table here…we have one table available due to last minute cancellation. Oh my god , one of the best restaurants in the city Bruges for the thai food , they are here with 32 years of service in the city , as a couple they are running the restaurant. It should be available with appointments most of the time . We got appointment one day later . Mostly full booked in weekends . Food taste are authentic thai , I liked the baby bamboo very much also authentic wine they have . I enjoyed the drink and food . Finally we couldn’t eat much , so they packed in the doggy bag.
