The 4 stars are for the place itself, not the drinks or service. The location and space is superb. Different type of seating arrangements (high bar tables, tables and chairs, “beach” chairs) so it’s very comfy and spacious. Nice music, very chill mixes crowd

The guy taking the orders on his laptop is not really helpful nor the friendliest, to say the least. 3 guys to do one aperol spritz and total confusion in the process. I have been to Albert many times, always great food. This review is because today when I arrived with friends at 14h without a reservation, the service lady said the restaurant was fully occupied until closing time so we cannot sit down. It was bizzare because the place was half-empty!

So I went online to see if there are any tables available for the day to book, and indeed, there were tables available every hour until closing time, including the very moment we were there.

Disappointing Experience Due to Racist Behavior

I recently visited this restaurant, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. I encountered unacceptable racist behavior from the front staff.

During my visit, I was shocked and dismayed to experience discriminatory treatment from the front staff. Their insensitive remarks and discriminatory actions made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable.
