They don’t train their baristas, when you’re paying nearly 5€ a drink that’s the least they can do. Especially lately they have a lot of new staff (all very friendly and polite) but it’s clear none have been actually trained : they think a latte is simply a matter of dumping hot milk on coffee. Just look at the photo: that is not what a latte should look like, no texture just froth. And when you order a smoothie you have to specify you want it cold… how else does one drink a smoothie? Lazy and unprofessional staff. Any time you enter, there will be one employee looking at their phone, two employees chatting in the corner, and one employee slowly serving the entire queue. When you request take-away they do not bag the items for you; they look at the bags for you to take yourself, and then throw a few napkins at you. Decent coffee, if you get it. The staff is horrendous and will 'forget' to serve you, even if you're the only customer. Sounds like a joke, but it isn't... one employee will casually forget to make your coffee while her colleague will chill at the counter looking...
