Brussels Grill Grand Place is a fantastic dining spot located just steps away from the iconic Grand Place, making it an ideal stop whether you're exploring the city or looking for a good meal near major attractions. The location couldn't be better, right in the heart of Brussels and within walking distance of many must-see sites. The restaurant offers both an outdoor patio and indoor seating, which gives you the flexibility to enjoy a meal based on the weather or your mood. Inside, the atmosphere is warm and inviting. The interior design has a cozy, traditional Belgian feel, with rich wooden accents, deep red couches, and beautiful stained glass artwork that adds a touch of history and charm to the space. It feels like dining inside a little piece of Brussels heritage. As for the food, the quality is solid and consistent. The menu offers a nice range of Belgian and grilled dishes, perfect for different tastes. Whether you're craving steak, ribs, or something local, there's something satisfying to be found here. Portion sizes are decent, and everything we ordered was well-prepared and flavorful. The customer service is another highlight, staff were friendly, attentive, and efficient. They made us feel welcome and checked in just the right amount without being intrusive. Overall, Brussels Grill Grand Place offers a great combination of location, ambiance, and good food. Whether you're a tourist or a local, it's a great spot to take a break, enjoy a meal, and soak in the historic charm of central Brussels. Highly...
Read moreAbsoloutly lovely place, character, great location close to all great amenities and sites, staff observant, and pleasant but food is awful. Think their fridge was broken as bottled water was warm and no ice. Maybe thats how they drink water in grand place with sandy muscles so clients can create man made structures and reclaim land to sell more sandy moules. Another place that claims they know fresh seafood and don't. Freezer all the way, with their king prawns that do not know what seasoning is and have never seen a shell since they got undressed at frozen fish shop and stepped over the threshold of this establishment. The moules not so moules more like dead bodies half unopened very dirty shells that have seen better scrubbing days and full of grit, dirt and sand. Unwelcome vistors in form of escargot shell and roaming free creatures. When addressed with manager he said chef said was normal. Not normal in good restaurants and for good chefs. No refund replacement no customer service just bill . hate to know state of kitchen with chunk nibbles bites missing from bread on table, were the kitchen staff snacking on bread? Overall spent all of 15min at table before asking for bill. Yet another place that tries to thrive on one off tourist and does not understand that keeping a client is more profitable than acquiring new one . I would have to be seriously impaired to return to this place. Zero stars and that is...
Read moreOn a Saturday evening we walked past this restaurant and we noticed they served mussels. We sat down inside and before we had even taken a look at the menu, the waiter already wanted to take an order, before even asking if we wanted something to drink. We ordered calamares as a starter and for the main course we ordered the mussels. The waiter gave us the option to choose between mussels with wine, garlic and cream. We chose one with garlic and one prepared with wine. Then after less than five minutes, before we had even touched our drinks, we already received the calamares, which were pretty soppy. Before they even took the plate after we finished our calamares, the mussels were already placed on the table. This was no more than 15 minutes after we entered the restaurant. The two separate dishes (garlic and wine) tasted exactly the same and frankly didn't taste like garlic of white wine in any way. Immediately after finishing our main course the check was placed on the table, without us asking for it (we still hadn't finished our first drink). When we left the restaurant we saw other restaurants offered the same dishes for a much better price.
The location, building and classic interior were very nice. Such a waste of a...
